My daughter went to a different school for Kindergarten and really struggled to keep up with her class. When the whole family got Covid, she fell even more behind & never could catch up to the rest of her class. Then she started not liking school. This year we switched to ACA & she loved first grade, loved her teacher and improved so much in her reading and math! Donna M.

Agape Christian Academy of Pagosa Springs this is my testimony of the beautiful school, that has become such an important part of our lives.
This school is what I had prayed for. When we moved to Pagosa in May of 2021. I had registered my son Cash in public school. We said we’ll try it and see how it goes. I was also unaware of any other schools in area at the time. We had him in public from September to December 2021. At that Christmas break, God spoke with me and told me there was different options and to be patient. We decided to take him out of public school, and move back to a homeschool atmosphere and curriculum. Feeling this was the best option for our son and his mental and spiritual development. Even though we chose this option there was something missing (friendship/social wise). In July I saw a post about a school starting up in aspen springs and I was intrigued. I sent a message to the creator of the post to get more info. I was pleasantly surprised with the response and all my questions were answered in a timely and thoughtful manner. After careful consideration we decided that we should enroll him in September. When the day came we were nervous as to how the school year would go but were hopeful through Gods grace. It took some adjustment but Cash became fast friends with all the kids in his class. His academics excelled. His math skills accelerated, his writing was clear and was being taught beautiful cursive skills. His reading became phenomenal, and he quickly became a top reader. However, the most beautiful aspect of it all was that the school encouraged morning chapel where the kids said a daily pleage to their lord, faith, and country; they are lead daily with scripture of Gods word and our Lord’s Prayer. I am so pleased with the little school that changed our lives. Just like God planned it. I am also honored in being drawn into being an active parent in their child’s academic development. I subbed and supervised many a day and occasion, and enjoyed being around such wonderful children in the midst. We are now going to enroll our daughter in the school in September and know she will excel in all she does with the beautiful love from this tiny paradise of a school. If you are looking for a different option to schooling for your child. Try it out. The staff and people who care so deeply for a place to shelter and teach our children is something you can’t deny within yourself. Open enrollment is happening now.
“Train up a child in the way he should go,
And even when he is old he will not depart from it.”

What's a Parent To Do?

Children have no firm foundation. The foundation has been pulled out from under them. They are being taught that there is no right or wrong, no winner or loser, no boy or girl only non-binary, no one true religion or God because truth is what you choose, no nuclear family—it’s who you choose to be your family.

This lack of foundation is driving children to suicide and mental illness!
